LDPE stud hole insert that plugs the four bolt holes of a 1/2" 150 Class flange to protect the raised face from contamination and handling damage.

Flange stud hole inserts are designed to cover and seal the critical gasket face of a flange without fitting into the bore. Four ribs engage the stud bolt holes around the flange perimeter, holding the insert firmly in place during production, transport, storage and maintenance work. The material resists moisture, dirt, paint spray and most oils, making it ideal for protecting expensive flange assemblies in harsh environments.
