Stud hole insert designed to protect flange faces by gripping the bolt holes with four internal ribs.

This LDPE insert slides over the raised face of a 1½" 150 Class flange, with four ribs engaging the stud holes to hold it firmly in place. It shields the gasket sealing surface from moisture, dirt, paint overspray and mineral oils during production, transportation, storage and maintenance work. Widely used in oil and gas refining and hydraulic systems where flange face protection is critical and downtime must be minimised.
