This insert plugs the four stud holes of a 1" 300/600 class flange, shielding the bolt holes and surrounding flange face from moisture, dirt, paint and oils during production, transportation, storage and maintenance. Moulded from LDPE plastic, it offers a quick, cost-effective alternative to full-face protectors and is widely used in oil and gas refining and hydraulic applications.
