Description
Stud hole insert with four ribs that engage the bolt holes of a large flange to protect the sealing face from damage, dirt and moisture.
This flange protector fits over the raised face of a DN 250 300 Class flange, with four integral ribs that locate into the stud holes to hold the cap securely in place. Moulded from rigid LDPE, it shields the gasket face and bolt threads during production, transport and storage, and resists moisture, dirt, paint and most mineral oils. Quick and cost-effective to fit, it is widely used in oil and gas refining, hydraulic plant and pipe fabrication.
