This rigid polyethylene cap slides over the raised face of a 16" ANSI flange to seal the bore and shield the sealing surface during storage, handling and on-site assembly. Designed for Pressure Series 300 applications, it provides a secure temporary barrier that prevents costly rework and maintains flange integrity through the supply chain and field operations.
