This flange stud hole insert features four ribs that engage the bolt holes around a flanged joint, providing full coverage of the flange face. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (LDPE), it shields the critical sealing surface from moisture, dirt, paint splashes and most oils during production, transportation, storage and maintenance work. Quick to fit and cost-effective, it is widely used in oil and gas refining, hydraulics and industrial process pipework.
