LDPE stud hole insert designed to protect 2" flange faces from moisture, dirt, paint and oils during production, storage and transport.
Four ribs push into the bolt holes around the flange perimeter to hold the cap securely in place. Manufactured from high-density polyethylene for durability and quick, cost-effective installation on 300/600 Class flanges. Widely used in oil and gas refining and hydraulic systems where protecting expensive flange equipment is critical.
