This is a BSEN 1317 crash-tested barrier system providing genuine hostile vehicle mitigation. Unlike standard traffic barriers, this barrier is independently tested to stop a 1.5 tonne vehicle at 25mph - essential for protecting pedestrian areas, events, and critical infrastructure from vehicle-borne threats.
