8" Class 900 Flange Stud Hole Insert - Black LDPE

Black LDPE stud hole insert designed to protect 8" 900 Class flange faces by pushing into the bolt holes around the flange perimeter.

This flange protection cap shields the sealing surface from moisture, dirt, paint and oils during production, transportation, storage and maintenance work. Four integral ribs engage the stud holes to hold the insert firmly in place without additional fixings. Manufactured from high-density low-pressure polyethylene, it offers a quick, cost-effective solution for minimising damage to flanged equipment on site.
