Insulated timber upstand that raises a rooflight or roof lantern above a flat roof deck, providing the correct fall and a thermally broken, insulated kerb. Supplied ready-assembled to the structural opening size, factory insulated to help meet Part L requirements and finished ready for the roofing membrane to be dressed over it. A straightforward way to achieve a weather-tight, well-insulated upstand without building one on site.
